Colin Farrell’s Penguin Gets The Batman Beatdown We Were All Hoping For After That Part Of The Penguin’s Ending In DC Art

Warning! This article contains spoilers for The Penguin season 1 finale.
After the heartbreaking finale of The Penguin, a user on X (formerly Twitter) has created an incredible image depicting Robert Pattinson"s Batman dealing out a swift punishment to Colin Farrell"s Penguin. The Penguin delivers an insightful look into the dark goings-on in Gotham after the events of 2022s The Batman. While Oz Cobb is initially introduced in the film, his story is thoroughly fleshed out in the spin-off series, The Penguin.
However, the closer the audience got to see the inner workings of Oz Cobb, and his insatiable ambition, the more horrifying he became. Oz may not take specific pleasure in killing others, or orchestrating peoples" downfall, but he also lacks any sense of shame or guilt when it comes to these things. Oz will do unspeakable things to get what he wants, and because of his ambition, he deems them necessary. As a result, this led to him brutally murdering his dear friend and ally Victor Aguilar in the series finale, which led one artist on X to draw up the following image.
What The Penguin Art Means The Brawl Between Penguin & Batman Close The image shows Batman and Penguin getting into an all-out brawl. While Penguin initially steps up with a gun in hand, he is no match for the expert fighter Batman, who disarms him and delivers a powerful blow directly to his face. In the lower half of the image, the scene progresses with Batman having tied up Penguin, ready to interrogate him and lay down even more of a beating.
Our Take On The Batman & Penguin Art The Fight That Needs To Happen In The Batman Part II Close While the image doesn"t directly state that this is a response to Penguin"s actions in the finale, the small text box which sees Batman saying "You"re Sick" to Penguin implies that something heinous has occurred. However, having been shared shortly after The Penguin finale aired, it"s reasonable to assume it was imagined as a follow-up to those specific events.
